I was at a gas station and my key fob went dead, so my car wouldn't start.
I called them to find out where to insert a key. They went above and beyond and sent a service person to show me where to put the key fob to start the car. They also brought a new battery to replace the dead one.
They have no idea how much I appreciated them doing that, so I at least wanted to give a shout out publicly to make sure they knew I did, and to let other people know what wonderful customer service they have.

Excellent customer service in the service department. Even though my check engine light didn't seem to be a huge concern, they didn't brush me off and send me home like the dealership did in Eau Claire. They gladly took time on a Friday afternoon to at least run the diagnostics. They set me up for my appointment to take care of a recall and even offered me rental, without me having to beg or even ask. The other dealership said there was only a shuttle I could use, if I got called in. I work in emergency 24/7 at the local hospital and this was the main reason I bought such an expensive warranty...For the use of a rental car. I will always take my truck to Toycen for multiple reasons!

This past Wednesday, I was traveling from northern Wisconsin, where I had been leading one of our volunteer trail crews for a week. Wednesday was also the day when my oldest Grandson was graduating from the 8th grade and I was scheduled to be at his ceremony at 6:00 that evening. Unfortunately, I had gotten away from our trail work camp a little late and thus was hurrying south on Highway 53 towards my home in Dodgeville--thinking that I would barely make it in time.
Then the day became complicated. Somewhere north of Bloomer my truck radio stopped working, then the gauges dropped to zero, the wipers slowed, and the truck was losing all electrical power. I knew that the truck would eventually stop and that I had to do something about it. Fortunately, I remembered that your Ford dealership was not far from the next exit. As I reached the top of the ramp and came to a stop at the stop sign, the truck died and would not restart. It had no electrical power.
I walked to the nearby Kwik Trip station and called your service department. When Naomi answered the phone, I told her that "I needed a huge favor" and proceeded to explain my truck's problems and my need to get to the graduation. Only moments later, your mechanic Caleb arrived, got the truck jumped and led me back to your establishment. He immediately pulled my truck into the service bay and started analyzing the problem--which turned out to be an alternator.
One of the best decisions I made that day was to pull off the highway in Bloomer. I have to tell you that in my entire lifetime of depending on some type of service person(s), your Service Department stands out as being the nicest, most understanding, and compassionate group of people I've ever dealt with. From the gentleman behind the service desk (who I took to be the Service Manager) to Naomi and Caleb, all were without a doubt exceptional representatives of your business. They kept reassuring me that they would get me back on the road promptly and that I would make my graduation appointment. Naomi took me next door for coffee and a cookie and told me to relax--they were on it.
To say I was almost shocked to find myself back on the road with a new alternator and serpentine belt only 1 hour and 20 minutes after my truck stopped running is putting it mildly. I was delighted! I have told this story to several friends and family members and all have been impressed--saying things like "you wouldn't get that kind of service in the city".
