The Optimist International Club of Chippewa Falls was formed in 1969 whose motto is Friend of Youth. With funds raised at our permenant food stand at the Northern Wisconsin State Fairgrounds, where we service our famous deep fried cheese curds, we support youth organizations, award scholarships and recognize optimism to bring out the best in kids.
