Event Description: Chippewa Falls High School's Flags 4 the Fallen program is hosting a scrap metal drive starting on Flag Day, which runs through Saturday. From 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, students, staff, and parents will be available to unload scrap metal items you wish to donate. These items can include aluminum, tin, steel, copper, brass, stainless steel, or any other mostly metallic objects. We CAN accept items such as non-coolant appliances (Stoves, Microwaves, Washers, Dryers, Water Heaters, etc.); lawn equipment (Lawn mowers, snow blowers, etc.); consumer products (Auto parts, Grills, Exercise Machines/Weights, Computer Towers, Cellphones, and Laptops); Batteries (Auto, truck, marine, etc.), Electrical Wiring (Cords, Extension cords, Wiring, and Small-Bulb X-mas Tree Lights); and other various items. Items we CANNOT take are Electronics (VCR, TV, DVD, Printers, etc); Chemical Containers (Paint Cans, etc.); Coolant Appliances (Dehumidifiers, Humidifiers, Fridges, Freezers, Air Conditioners, etc); Sealed Tanks (Propane, Water, Air, etc.); and anything overly hazardous/dangerous (Barbed wire, knives, etc.) Thank you for your consideration! 100% of the proceeds will benefit students traveling to Pearl Harbor and Washington, DC to honor the fallen soldiers from Chippewa Falls Senior High School.

Coleman Street at Chippewa Falls High School (Look for the big cardinal on the roof), and follow the signs.
